Fitzdares has officially launched its first northern establishment, the Fitzdares Club in Chester, thereby broadening its footprint in the UK’s luxury sports and entertainment sector.
Fitzdares launches the Chester Club and Gets a 3-year Windsor Sponsorship Deal
Situated on Eastgate, this new venue provides a sophisticated atmosphere for members, complete with live sports, a snooker table, and the bookmaker’s inaugural Negroni honesty bar. The Chester Club is designed to appeal to sports aficionados in search of a premium experience in Cheshire.
In conjunction with this opening, Fitzdares has renewed its primary sponsorship at Royal Windsor Racecourse through a three-year contract. This partnership coincides with the much-anticipated return of jumps racing to Windsor after a two-decade hiatus, commencing on December 15. Needless to say, being able to have deal with the Royal Windsor Racecourse is a big deal. Anyone looking to open a racebook or already has one would love to be associated with them.
Notably, as part of the sponsorship extension, the Fitzdares Club at Windsor has been upgraded, featuring the former dining room of the Queen Mother and new open fireplaces to enhance the winter ambiance. While the venue does not host any major horse racing event for bettors, it is still quite prestigious.
William Woodhams, CEO of Fitzdares, remarked: “It’s been a busy week for Fitzdares as we unveil our new Club in Chester, marking our first foray north of the Watford Gap. The Club will present the finest live sports and includes a snooker table along with our first Negroni honesty bar.”
The Chester Club joins Fitzdares’ existing location at Naunton Downs in the Cotswolds, which is associated with Cheltenham Festival-winning trainer Ben Pauling.
In August 2024, Fitzdares collaborated with the Tote to incorporate Tote Bets into The Racing App.
